Relationships Are Everything...when relationships are formed, people are connected...people with needs...people with products and services.

Many of our clients are TPAs and consequently the function of being a service provider is engrained in their core business philosophy. But, we believe that TPAs are properly positioned to become resource centers for other products. We are fond of saying, “If TPAs thought of themselves as distribution sources for their employee and dependent members who are seeking solutions for insurance programs or more affordable healthcare options, they would run a different business model.”

Our TPA clients manage benefit plans for 15,000 – 40,000 employees on average. This means that tens of thousands of people are carrying a health insurance ID card with that TPA’s brand. This becomes a trusted relationship that can be developed more deeply when it comes to the needs of those members. They need affordable solutions for all family members and are seeking options that include limited medical plans and other benefits such as telemedicine. They also are seeking a trusted source that offers quality products.

Nexus has helped multiple TPAs broaden their identity with client bases and enrich relationships with their members by providing product solutions tailored to these needs. TPAs provide a valuable benefit and enhance their revenue.

One example is telemedicine. Nexus is a Reseller for a leading telemedicine company and has implemented this solution for TPA clients. This has resulted in 1000's of members gaining a valuable benefit as well as generating over $50,000 of additional annual revenue per TPA.

Nexus is continually seeking and evaluating programs that fill this need.
